Review: I had [redacted], make a lower partial, Oct 17, 2013, at a cost of $650.00. I questioned [redacted] about the chargs, because in the lobby of his office is a chart showing the price for a partial at $325.00. This past Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013 in the TV guide shows partials for $325.00. [redacted] clams this is the new price for dental work. I feel the advertisment in the TV guide is false advertisment. As you can see I was charged twice as much for the partial. He is not refunding any money paid to him for the partial I purchased, and I would like a $325.00 refund. The e-mail for the TV weekly guide is as following, [redacted]., Dated Dec. 8th.-14th. 2013.Desired Settlement: A refund of $325.00 dollars

[redacted] has been a patient of mine since november 2005. He has had a multitude of dental procedures done since that time period. It is my standard procedure to tell every patient their fincanial responsibility befoe any and all work is started. [redacted] was not treated any better, nor any worse than any patient. Yes, I have some of my fees posted in my waiting room as well as in the TV section of the Express/News. That ad has been running for 31 years. Not all fees can be advertized because it is simply too expensive. Both ads read clearly....FEES MAY VARY.... and they do, depending on the procedure. Every fee and procedure is explained before starting treatment. This is the case with [redacted]. My partials start at $325, and go as high as $925, depending on the materials used. The partial that [redacted] received cost $925. He had the similar partial made in 2005. The fee that he paid in 2005 was $650.. So to extend a courtesy to him, he received a discounted price for the new partial.(From $925 to $650). I know patients don't always understand dental procedured and terminology, but I try to at least make sure they understand their financial obligation for their dental care.. I do partials everyday for $325. But this was not [redacted]'s situation. My fees have not changed in at least 2 years, and probably won't change for awhile.I have always had the lowest fees in the country, and I am proud of that fact. The consumers do come first. Because [redacted] feel he was overcharged, and refund of $325 has already been mailed to him. My cost to fabricated his partial is about $400. So,in this case, I am loosing money. But, this is OK, because the patients come first. Somehow [redacted] did not understand the cost and he did receive a very nice partial for $325. Thank you for your attention in this matter, and I hope it does not hurt my A RATING with the Revdex.com.
