Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for forwarding this complaint to our attention As always we strive to take all matters very seriously with our customers This issue was escalated as soon as we received notification of the issue and has been reviewed by our executive team There are two items requiring response in this case from the Revdex.com This company entered me into an contract or obligation without my authorized consent In response to this our Terms and conditions sheet clearly states on page one the following: *By using, or authorizing any other person to use your Card, you hereby understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.* This card holder used this card less than one hour after it was issued and therefore agreed to the terms and conditions of the card The complainant requested the “refund of all fees and complete voided agreements done without my authorization Penalty compensation for unauthorized transaction.” The fees on this card total 15.21, and although they are clearly defined on the T&Cs, we out of good faith will refund the fees and close the account We will also waive the fee associated with account closure We have mailed a check for the $to the address in the complaint Thank you for allowing us to resolve this situation, we look forward to reaching resolution on this complaint and maintaining our current rating with the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: Although the business submitted that they would refund the fees associated with the account in question, the business failed to submit to a reasonable compensation for the unauthorized transaction which was clearly not authorized by meThe business clearly entered me into a contract without my authorization , therefore a penalty should be enforced so this event will not become a common practice
