These guys have great customer service until you have a problem, then they are no where to be found I have ordered from them twice and both times half of my coral arrives dead They promise you the world and never deliver I got in on a $rare asian zoa order, and [redacted] promissed me it would be worth the wait and I would get some really rare stuff The few colonies that survived were not rare at all and were very small

I had a terrible experience with this company for their black Friday sale I ordered dollars worth of corals on sale and paid in fullI never received a invoice from this company and the owner just kept giving me the run aroundHe kept asking for time because the sale was so crazyHe assured me that my order would ship by thursdayThursday came and went and he still had no explanation as to why my order had not been sentFinally I was told that they never received my order and that he has no idea what happenedAfter almost weeks he finally refunded me with no offer to make it rightHe said at one point he would take care of me in the future and I asked of I would still get the sale priceHe never responded There was also a drawing for prizes and I was picked for some free reef boomHere we are In January and I still have not received my PRIZE! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE OR RUN A BUSINESS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS [redacted]

I never received a invoice from this company and the owner just kept giving me the run around. He kept asking for time because the sale was so crazy. He assured me that my order would ship by thursday. Thursday came and went and he still had no explanation as to why my order had not been sent. Finally I was told that they never received my order and that he has no idea what happened. After almost 2 weeks he finally refunded me with no offer to make it right. He said at one point he would take care of me in the future and I asked of I would still get the sale price.. He never responded. There was also a drawing for prizes and I was picked for some free reef boom. Here we are In January and I still have not received my PRIZE!
