Review: I bought a Living Social deal for [redacted] Photography for $39 for a 1 hour photo shoot,( 2) 8x10's and(2) 5x7's. After completing the photo shoot, I went to his office/home to view the pictures.After some deliberation at my home, I emailed [redacted] Photography to order the pictures I wanted. I placed my order, only to be told that the (2) 8x10's and (2) 5x7's can only be of 2 different poses - even though the deal I purchased said nothing in the fine print about how many poses those 4 free pictures had to come from. I tried to explain to [redacted] that it never stated that and he should be more specific in his restrictions but he got nasty and didnt want to hear anything I had to say. I dropped the issue, trying not to cause a problem, and placed my order.I ordered 2 digital prints in addition to the actual prints. I paid for my order and when I saw my credit card was charged, I politely asked [redacted] when my digital images would be emailed to me. He was very very rude and said he will give them to me when he sends the prints to the lab and he has 3 weeks to do it. He said when he feels like sending them to me he will - if I don't like it I can cancel my order.I told him that I paid for those images and I would like them - he was beyond disrespectful and unappreciative of my business.I paid for these digital images and have yet to receive them.Desired Settlement: I want my digital images. I paid for them and he won't give them to me.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding [redacted] Photography has been resolved. Eventhough, I received the pictures, I had to wait a long time to get the digital photos. The owner was very rude to me and told me that he can do whatever he wants with the pictures and I will get them when he is ready to give them to me. He also told me that he doesn't need my business. Be very weary of this company, they are nice at the beginning, but then change once they have your money.
