EMG/Minute Loan Center maintains an unwavering commitment to ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations across all our operations and we appreciate the Department's assistance in ensuring such.
[redacted] requested his $975 loan on several occasions since 8/10/2017 and failed provided the required supporting documentation, in these instances, bank statements showing at least 30 days of activity per our internal policies as well as to remain compliant with state regulatory requirements.
Records indicate that the store personnel attempted to contact [redacted] with no success except for email correspondence. The request of the store personnel was for [redacted] to contact the store or visit the branch. Unfortunately, [redacted] was unable to do so.
On that note, EMG/Minute Loan Center's goal has always been to offer the best service possible to our customers while remaining compliant. Our National Director of Operations, Mr. Gutenberg has requested that [redacted] contact him directly to resolve the matter and ensure that we are able to service his needs.
