Remove and Reinstall New Parts , Then Did Not Replace oil loss from work preformed , Returned machine , and they did not do what they promised Drop off machine to have new cams installed ! upgrade , when they said complete , I picked up bike . then a week later I checked oil in engine = they never replaced oil lost during the cam and oil pump upgrade work they were paid and supposed to do ! I returned the machine , they promised to take apart to inspect for damage and send me pictures of proof , They did Not Do as They Agreed / Promised , They just kept over the weekend , added oil and called me to pick it up , How do I know me and Wife was there monday when it was done !Desired SettlementThe work was not completed when the machanic failed to replace the oil in the engine , And I am now concerned by that Fact and what else did he Not do Correctly & what will it do / tear up my engine . I Want a Total Refund ! To have another Shop Take apart to Redo work not Done Correctly in the first placed or redone as Promise with pictures to prove it was By Them ! Total Refund for work not preformed ! Correctly , Period !Business Response /[redacted]/We are very surprised at the fact that Mr. [redacted] has opened a case against us considering that we spent the evening of 7/20/15 resolving his concerns. We issued Mr. [redacted] a $100.00 gift card to help with his feelings which he promptly spent on 7/21/15, a day before he filed this claim. Ray Price himself, spent the evening of 7/20/15 with Mr. [redacted] who left our store satisfied and happy.Customer arrived 7/17/2015 3pm, very loud/pushy and threatening w/o explaining his concern. Once concern was explained, we offered to pick up his bike for inspection/evaluation. Offered him a new rental bike to ride while his bike was down for inspection/evaluation. We delivered said new rental to his residence and brought his bike to Ray Price HD.7/18 and 7/20, inspected oil level (not touching dipstick). Performed oil pressure test, 50 psi at cold idle and low oil light was not illuminated on dash. Opened up cam chest and inspected cams/cam bearings/cam plate/lifters/ cam chain tensioners/oil pump. No damage foundRemoved oil from oil pan and measured. approx. 1.7 qts/55oz drained. No debris in oil or oil filter. Bike was approx. 3/4 qt low on oil.Oil change service was not performed or needed for HP cam upgrade installation. 720 miles between cam install and re inspect.bike was reassembled with out pictures taken. Customer did not receive pictures. Customer inquired about pictures and was given the chance for another inspection that day in person or via pictures of said components. customer declined further inspection and requested to meet with Ray Price. Customer inquired about pictures ? I Told them they did not Honor their word and do What they Stated they Would ! They did not Provide proof they took motor apart to inspect as Agreed and send me pictures as stated = Because they never took motor apart to inspect = They only checked oil pressure and filled to CORRECT level Then returned to me PERIOD ! ME and my Wife WAS THERE at the time of Process ! Witness for myself ! what they did ! [redacted] was very Childish and tried to cause a argument serveral times ! and did not like me using the name Jesus in his presents ! ? Quote he Said " It Offended him unquote " And yes I did the Very next morning go to the store where they gave me a 100.00 gift card to the store he owns and get the 100 worth of stuff I did not need , Just to get 100 dollars of some thing , since they held All my money Hostage in the dealership instead of refunding me CASH , LIKe I paid for work not done completely or Correctly & now with out a warranty to stand behind over 1600 hundred plus dollars of upgrades that were supposed to be done by a Professional trained service man ! who left my Bike over a Quart low in oil after he Changed the OIL pump TOO with all the Cams & Parts upgraded !!! Truth Here Only !
