Had Raymond brothers come to my house for an estimate and to set up an appointment.I got the estimate and he was suppose to come and do the job since the estimate he gave me was very reasonableI got a phone call from him saying I have to reschedule due to him having a broken machineSo I rescheduled for weeks laterThe day came and he was suppose to come earlyThat morning he calls me to cancel one again with an obviously excuse and told me to find someone else without any apology or anythingI would never recommend this company to anyoneThere was a large lack of customer communication and respectI can't understand how the owner of a company treat his customers in this way

We hired Raymond Brothers to cut down 2 trees in January, we had used them before and wanted to use them again , we got a good price and set a date , due to weather they had to put off the date , this went on for 3 months of date changing and avoiding phone calls , now that it's spring and they probably have been getting more money for jobs , they called today and told us they couldn't fit us into their schedule and that we should hire someone else , what a poor business practice, if they would have said something sooner we could have hired a more reliable company at a winter rate. It's now going to cost us additional money to get the job done. I believe that this company is ran very poorly amd unprofessionally. As a previous customer I expected better service for our loyalty, but we were highly mistaken, I guess only the high and mighty dollar matters to this company !!!!

That morning he calls me to cancel one again with an obviously false excuse and told me to find someone else without any apology or anything.. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There was a large lack of customer communication and respect. I can't understand how the owner of a company treat his customers in this way.
