Raymour & Flanigan Paramus NJ

I have never in all my life dealt with such a mean and terrible customer service person. We bought a desk for our son. Under 60 days after delivery, it collapsed. It was not from mid use as our son is in treatment for leukemia and rarely is able to sit up at the desk. When it collapsed and I called the store where we purchased it I was treated so mean and nastily by the customer service person. She absolutely would not help me. I hung up and called another Raymour and Flanigan in Kinnelon New Jersey. The woman on the phone was delightful and helped me and absolutely knew of and had heard of Danielle and her rude and nasty manner. We scheduled the service call and when the service person arrived he had a look at the desk and said it could not be repaired and instead needed to be replaced. We were told the replacement will arrive within a week. The day the replacement was meant to arrive the repair department called us and told us that it was delayed and will arrive on December 15. Now here it is December 15 no one has called us or given us any information about when it will arrive. I called the Raymour and Flanigan in Paramus again and was unfortunate Lee linked on the telephone to the same customer service person called Danielle who was once again super rude and on accommodating. She told me that now our desk is meant to arrive on December 20. I don’t believe it Really will arrive on December 20 and I intend to never ever do business with Raymour and Flanigan it again. Also I’m going to tell every single person I know and I’m going to share the story on all my social media platforms. I am so deeply horrified by this customer service person that I am actually never going to look at this furniture from this manufacturer as long as I live.
