Our overall experience with this company was a negative one. In our opinion, which is based on 30 years of owning and building our own home and several other properties; this company is suffering from poor management, poor oversight, poor quality of materials and workmanship, and is lacking in knowledgable and competent contractors and subcontractors. Also, it's management is greatly lacking in communication skills. There is a general lack of respect for the customer and the customer's schedule. We experienced numerous occasions when materials were either installed incorrectly, or installed poorly, left that way with no explanation or attempt to correct. We were expected to be satisfied with substandard workmanship.
Most of the workers were extremely messy and made little or no attempt to clean up behind themselves. During the job, and after the work had been paid for, we had to have other contractors come in and redo some of their work. When the owner called to say they were finished and were ready to receive final payment, we immediately mailed final ck, and made him aware of our feelings about his company. He simply said he was sorry they didn't meet our "high standards". Sad, but true! We do have high standards! Unfortunately this company does not seem to.
Sadly, we knew another family who had used this company for a kitchen remodel and had been dissatisfied. They warned us not to use Case, but we disregarded their warning, choosing instead to believe the "award winning" propaganda we had read so much about.
We regret using this company and could not and would not recommend them to anyone.
