Ray's Rural Garbage Collection

On multiple times in past the company has failed to pick up trash collection at my house but not my neighbors. Today makes 2 weeks in a row that this has happened. Wheever I fall 9 times out of 10 I get a voicemail. When I leave a message they never return my call. They fail to provide a service for which I pay for but they never fail to bill me.

Tenants moved out of our property the end of December 2015. Mid January, we came down to do some repairs and noticed the garbage cans were still there. We hauled them to the end of driveway. We attempted to contact [redacted]'s, however no one ever answers the phone. Both myself and the property management company we use left several messages asking Ray's to please pick up the garbage cans at [redacted] in Jacksonville. It is now beginning of March and they are still there. My neighbor actually pulled them back up by the garage because with the storms they were getting, the garbage cans were blowing into the road or falling over into the ditch. We are in the process of bringing in new tenants and want these off of the property. After nearly 3 months of attempting to contact this company about the issue, enough is enough. I know for a fact the company has not received a dime since the tenant moved out.
