In response to Mrs. [redacted] letter about the 2015 [redacted] 33RKTS, the majority of the issues
are minor cosmetic issues. Some of the wood trim had fallen off, some of the caulk on the ceiling strips
had come loose, but overall there is nothing that can't be fixed. There are no major issues with...

this
coach that has prevented them from camping or enjoying their new purchase. We were notified of some
of the items and requested that they wait for the parts to come in (re: sofa, window) and we would
repair all of the problems at one time so they wouldn't have to keep running up and down the road with
the unit, they choose not to do this. Each time they found a new problem they would bring in the coach
to have it repaired.
We are at the mercy of the factory to get our parts. The issue with the door and the
recliner/sofa taking so long is that they have to build them for us at the time of our request. Mr.
[redacted] was given this information by [redacted]. These things do take time and in no way did they or
anything else prevents them from using the coach.
As of yesterday, July 29, 2014, to my knowledge all of the issues have been fixed, repaired or
replaced except for the sofa/recliner because the one they sent was damaged in the box during
shipping.
Items that were fixed
Trim or caulk, interior issues, tub enclosure not sealed properly, (2) light bulbs blown, recliner,
(2) heat registers with loose duct tape, adjusted several cabinet doors, dent in speaker cover, doors with
scratch marks, one window that a screw was keeping it from opening. As I stated before, none of these
issues prevented them from camping. We are sorry that they are having issues and we hope that no
more things happen. These units are built by humans and sometimes there are errors because no one is
perfect. Hopefully everything is repaired to their satisfaction.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

To enjoy a camping trip would be a trip where there are no issues on a 2015 camper . Every trip is a new problem : example 8-10-14 just back from beach . Front screen door handle broke off in hand and set of lights we can not use because strobe effect happens in one light that controls 4 across kitchen . Has not kept us from camping because we don"t want to loose our money on paid vacation trips . We keep thinking each time , what will be next ! Starting to think a tent is safest !  .We asked for a new camper when problems kept becoming a problem so we could have a stress free trip . Were told they are cosmetic problems . Bathroom tub 4th  time is still leaking and still have places that are not sealed ( caulked ) right to be water proof . Now I am wondering about electrical problems . 3rd lighting issue and 1 more over recliners we have to hit to come on . Cosmetic is one thing , but safety and wondering if we have water damage or electrical issues is another . This camper needs to go back to factory and strip down to see why someone lost there job over per [redacted] company ! We are up to around 57 problems and add 3 more to it since we just got back . If anyone looked at our camper we showed they could not believe the bad caulking holding it together ! Not just a few , all over . The furniture problems are taking way long because they tell us it was wrong first time , next worse than what they gave us . Not sure how a nightmare purchase is bringing us so much joy ? Getting worried about not having tested heat yet or washer / dryer . We have only had 3 months and each time we camp a new problem . We also requested an extended warranty to make sure with no response .  Each time we did bring in we did trust it would be last time , as [redacted] did too . We keep bringing it because having holes in floor , trim falling from all over and water and electrical problems are not done in 1 day when something new happens every outing ! We are the one who finally requested 1 appointment so all things could get fixed . No I can not understand 3 months to get a piece of furniture . Still missing a door and tired of marker being used to cover scratches instead of replacing ! These scratches are deep and noticeable from headboard to doors to cabinets . We were told this camper was inspected and was good at purchase  . I guess a human error was made also . No , we are not satisfied with a patched up camper that was bought new and continues to be a problem every camping trip . Can not believe [redacted] has not had a rep to get involved . You would think they would not want to sell a product like this to the public .

Review: Bought RV on 05-01-14 . I have 58 issues so far and counting . Head person , [redacted] at [redacted] , commented that person at factory lost job over our RV . Every time we use it we discover leaks , ceiling coming apart , doors banged up , trim falling off , trim outside coming apart , missing parts , defect window , scratches , dents , ect . We requested a new RV because of so much wrong and were told they were only liable to fix . Still waiting after 4 times there and recliner and doors still not in after 9 weeks . I have taken pictures and documented all problems , but every time we camp , something else falls apart or we discover it . RB [redacted] seems unable to complete work and we have had nightmare camping trips so far with bathroom leaks among other things coming apart . We just want what we thought we were getting at the price we paid . Not a lemon RV !Desired Settlement: Don't want a defected RV . Want the 2015 RV I bought with no defects . Want a new one same model . Almost at end of camping season and don't want it to fall apart after warranty .
