In response to the complaint ID [redacted] , the merchant was approved for a cash advance in the amount of $15,and received the capital minus the fees which were disclosed to the merchant (to which we have proper documentation)The merchant was told that they would be submitted into a commercial loan program with no guarantees for approvalAfter submission, which is documented, it was brought to the attention of RBM through the lender that the Merchant had credit problems as well as other issues on their account that resulted in a denial to the merchantThe merchant was never promised any commercial funding Unfortunately, the merchant did not disclose pertinent information, which resulted in a denial from the commercial lender Furthermore, RBM extended to the merchant additional capital for the business with the explanation and the details on the denial from the commercial program at which time the merchant denied the addition capitalWe continue to work with the merchant as well as respond to all of her email and phone inquiries and merchant stated that she would use the Revdex.com complaint as leverage in order to receive funds that she does not qualify for at this time

qualified** *** was informed that a consolidation was not possible at this time and asked if he still wanted to go forward with the capital to which he said he did** *** signed the contract and received the capital and we haven't heard back from anyone in his company until this complain, RBM would like an explanation as to why ** *** has not attempted to reach us directly

[I have not made any suggestion, however I was just asking your Associate to confirm via email what he told me over on phone. I have clearly refused to accept the 15k offer two times in my email. Thereafter he called me and asked me to take 15k and continue the payment for 10days and the other amount will be credited in my account. If he would have told me that I qualified for 15k only, I would have not gone with this for the time and waited on the approval of my actual loan . The reason I filed the complaint is that he fraudulently forced me to take this 15k loan. I would request Revdex.com to ask RBM Funding to provide the recorded phone conversation between me and Daniel a day before I signed the Contract and every thing will be clear from that. I provided all the proofs I had, now I want Revdex.com to listen to unaltered recorded phone conversation between my Company and RBM to make final decision. Thanks

I never applied for a $15,000 loan to RBM funding. My application was for $100,000, they never told me that I am approved for only $15,000, instead they forced me to accept $15,000 by stating that my $100,000 loan is approved by a Bank and I just have to accept $15,000 to show that I have done business with RBM. They set me up with a daily draft of $190.91 on the payback of $15,000 and also took the commission $1500 on that funding and I was being told to maintain the payments for 10 days and thereafter rest of the money will be transferred in my account. After making payment for 10days when I asked them to get the balance in my account they did not respond, I sent multiple emails and phone calls to them and then decided to file the Complaint with Revdex.com when I didn't hear back from them. All my personal information and data was provided to RBM and not a single information was hidden from them, I provided all my tax returns and Bank Statement every single documents that they asked me, I gave them. This is a sheer lie and fraud on their part that they made me take $15,000 loan whereas my application was for $100,000. If I had a bad credit they should have not even gotten me a $15,000 loan that I never wanted. They should have simply told me that I am not approved for $100,000. I would have waited to improve my credit score and then reapplied with them. Now I want them to get the balance of the money of my loan as per their promise.

We continue to work with the merchant as well as respond to all of her email and phone inquiries and merchant stated that she would use the Revdex.com complaint as leverage in order to receive funds that she does not qualify for at this time.

We have reviewed all attached files and nowhere does it state that you where getting a larger amount if you took the smaller amount.You only made that suggestion over email at which time the representative called you via phone and informed you that you had only been approved for the 15,000. We of course would had given you more capital if you qualified, unfortunately at the time you didn't.Some time after you qualified for some more capital which you refused. Wishing you the best.
