Review: I went to the 125 Agency Avenue Richmond VA Warehouse 2/19/2016 to pick up six items that I purchased on their on line auction from [redacted] Online Auction. When I arrived I found that part of my items were not there and another item had been switched from what was in the picture. The explanation given was that with people coming in and picking up their items they couldn't be responsible for insuring others weren't switching items and taking what wasn't due to them. The terms of the auction site states that a bid constitutes a contract between the company and the bidder and in fact the payment for the items was debited from my bank account as soon as the auction was over. The gentleman (Initials MB) said he would credit my account because all of the items in one lot I purchased were not there and another item had been switched out; both of which I refused to take. I had him write that on my receipt and sign it. The refund including the buyers premium fee of 15% along with VA Sales tax of .05% totaled $67.62. The pickup date was 2/19 and I received an email with my new receipt on 2/27 showing no amount was refunded. I tried calling them several times only to get their voicemail notice that the box was full and not accepting anymore messages. I emailed stating the items that were to be refunded. On 2/29 Dan Stanton emailed he was working on the request. On 3/1 a refund of $60.00 was posted to my account. Where this figure came from I do not know. The items totaled $56.99 but there was the 8.40 premium and $3.22 tax totaling $67.62. On 3/2 I emailed [email protected] with the calculations and asked to be advised how they intended to handle the remaining $7.62 refund. Quite a bit more has transpired via email that is too long to list here. My complaint is there phone can never be reached and the emails are never answered. Its April now with no resolution. I honored my end of the contract with payment on items that were switched and some not even there.Desired Settlement: I'm still expecting all of my payment to be refunded which at this time is $7.62 short. And the people of this area need to know what type of dealings this business is carrying on. They list a phone number on their website and the number on their invoice. 804-226-9900. The number is useless when it goes directly to a voice mailbox that is full and tells you "goodbye" and hangs up. And the only other way of contact is via email which they wont respond to.
