We did three jobs in three days for the [redacted]'s, on the same system.  The credit card was given to me over the phone on day one of the job.  So we charged the entire job on the card.  It's the same septic system, not a separate job.  We backfilled the job after completion as...

we always do....it was rocks.....but it was backfilled. Also the customers children were playing with the rocks and moving them around.  We are not landscapers....we are a septic service company. ....and we ALWAYS backfill after a job.  This customer is trying to get out of a bill for a job that we completed.

I am rejecting this response because: This company has some nerve. They didn't pickup the trash from the excavation and my children were not playing with the rocks.  We NEVER called the company to give them our credit card. We NEVER received an invoice for the 3rd part of the job. They over charged us by 100$ for the last part of the job as well.  I will post on Yelp and already filed a complaint with their licensing board and DOJ.  It's called credit card fraud.

I am rejecting this response because:  You were not supposed to keep our credit card on file. We did not authorize anything but the original invoice. You are committing credit card fraud. My children were not playing in the rocks. Your workers were sloppy and didn't pick up the trash nor put back the rocks.  Maybe your company should try and be accountable and take pride your work. I am not trying to shirk my bill. We wanted a 25$ discount because we had to go cleanup your crap job.

This customer's husband gave us his credit card number....we did the job....and then she failed a fraudulent claim against us.  We did the job we were hired to do.....as far as the mess, her kids were moving the rocks around....we back filled as we always do....but she wanted a landscaper....which we are not. This is a case of a customer not wanting to pay her bill which she rightfully owes.
