Review: on June 17th I [redacted] & [redacted] sent eights gmc sierra 2500hd diesel fuel injectors to get rebuilt, we also sent a cashier's check for dollars to Real Diesel Injection Service A.K.AWE'VE GOT TO PRODUCE! LLC which was cashed on June 19th I sent it priority mail through USPS with a signature confirmation ([redacted]37) we have called the company several times and also emailed them several times and called Larry on his cell (###-###-####) we have not gotten any response from the companythe only response was that the injectors were shipped and gave us a USPS tracking number ([redacted])that it was sent out on July 1st I called USPS to track the package and they said the label was printed but the package was never dropped off to a USPS facility for mailingwe have not received the product or service we paid for and it is hurting our small business.Desired Settlement: we would like what we paid for our rebuilt fuel injectors for our truck and half dollars back, if not I want brand new ones from GMC shipped to our home direct from GMC not Real Diesel Injection Service and half of the back

Review: SENT CASHIER CHECK WITH INJECTORS TO BE REBUILT, HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM BACK.CECK CASHED AND WONT RETURN PHONE CALLSDesired Settlement: WOULD LIKE MY INJECTORS RETURNED WITH THE WORK DONE AS PROMISED.OR MY LB7 INJECTORS AND INJECTOR CUP RETURNED WITH MY MONEY THAT I PAYED AND SHIPPING COST TO SEND THEM THERE.

Review: What kind of business policy does Real Diesel use or do they even have one? When you phone there ###-###-#### number you promptly get a message machine that states "Thank you for calling Real Diesel please leave your name and number and reason for calling we will return your call as soon as possible thank you have a great day." When inquiring on their product services they responded promptly. After they my product to repair they would not respond when I left them phone messages. I repeatedly phoned in to inquire on the repair status as it was longer than originally stated and when they finally promised me a shipping date it two weeks later when they did finally ship and never once did I receive a phone call. After I get my product back it was found to be defective so once again when I phoned in to get them to call back they never did. Their business policy would state it is covered under warranty but with all the previous hassles and no returned phone calls I could no longer trust that they would honor their warranty. I am still waiting to hear from the company president [redacted].Desired Settlement: The cost of the repair service from Real Diesel was $1500.00 US Funds ($1560.00 CAN Funds). The labor to remove and install the product was $1975.00 CAN Funds. Because I no longer trusted them and had to immediately redo what was just done the second repair parts and labor cost me $5200.00 CAN Funds. As you can see I am out much more than just $1560.00 I would also like to be compensated for the labor on the first repair worth $1975.00.
