Attached is the refund confirmation that was refunded back to the customer on 4/15 and the most recent emails that show the corrupted email address. The emails have links on each of them that are flagged as infected from our firewall. On these emails, it also shows other recipients as well as our office that received them. This in turn blocked communication from the customer. The customer was sent this same communication on 4.20 showing the infected correspondence that was sent. Attached are copies of that communication as well. We have refunded all monies paid to date and waived any and all fees that our company would normally be entitled to. We wish the customer the best of luck in the future.

When this was discovered, we provided the email communication that showed the messages sent and the return mail of all the correspondence [redacted]ed "infected" by our firewall to the customer. The customer doesn't believe that her email address has been infected, even after showing exactly what was sent by her email address. We take great pride in our Customer Service and wish this could have been avoided. We apologize for any mistake that the customer may think we have made. We informed the customer to have her email inspected/cleaned to avoid the same problems in the future. We wish the best and hopefully everything will be fixed with her email address soon. Attached are examples of what the customers email address has been sending out to us. These are a few examples of the dozens that have been sent with fraud/infected site links.
