Mr[redacted] , I don't understand why you are bring up all these lies and accusationsAs professionals we have all the test equipment needed to make sure all the components in your truck are working good so you don't break downYou came in with a concern and we determined what needed to be done to your truckNo only were you here the whole time but you were completely advised of any problems that were found with your truckYou were not only fully aware of the problems we found with your truck, but were also explained in detail why your battery was faulty and had to be replacedIf you didn't want to purchase the battery, you had the power to say no since you didn't do anything else with your truckI'm sorry you feel this way but nothing was done without your approvalDoug

Mr*** came to our shop on 9/15/asked us to check his truck out for a vibration and he thought maybe the carrier bearing was bad and to check the alignmentUpon inspectiing his truck for all his concerns, we always do a courteous inspection so we can advise
the costumer of any repairs that might be needed to keep his truck running safelyAs you can see with our inspection sheet, we only advised him of what needed to be done on his truckWe are a very reputable shop and we only recommend things that need to be attended toWe inspected the carrier bearing and found it was goodThe vibration he was feeling could have been from the shocks that were bouncing excessivelyAbout the battery, WE NEVER EVER put parts on a vehicle that the customer dioesn't authorizeIf Mr*** didn't authorize the purchase of the battery why did he pay for itWe charged him for what it took us to determine what his next steps were to cause his truck to run betterWhat Mr*** is complaining about our doings is totally bogus and unsustainableAlso why did it take him months to complainWe only charged him for the time is took us to determine his next moveI hope this satisfies your inquiryThanks Doug D***

It took some time for me to write to the Revdex.com because I had been dealing with medical issues, that had me driving back and forth, from Salem, to Portland. As far as the battery issue goes, I was never advised that the battery in my truck was bad, and that they were going to install a new one, and charge me a ridiculous amount for it and charge me to install it. It's obvious that this shop has no plans to do the right thing. I'll discontinue my hopes of being reimbursed for wrongful charges and simply post a negative review for all to see on the net.
