Recovery Partners is a professionally licensed and bonded collection agency Farmers Insurance is our client and they have hired us to resolve this subrogation claim Have no idea what *** is talking about, all of what she wrote is a not true

The deletion has been sent to the bureau's Unfortunately we can not speed up there process I would recommend reaching out to them as they are the ones that matched the information incorrectly that we sent to your record

Recovery Partners is attempting to subrogate a tort claim on behalf of [redacted] On 5/2/ [redacted] was the driver of the vehicle owned by her sister [redacted] that was involved in an accident In conversation with [redacted] she refuses to resolve and that the car is owned by [redacted] and it was insured A claim was filed and denied as [redacted] was excluded from the policy Upon contact with ***, she refuses responsibility and states the car belongs to [redacted] [redacted] has yet to provide a bill of sale as she claims [redacted] owns the car We will provide the state of [redacted] with the facts and they can decide if they will move forward with license suspension

Recovery Partners is a attempting to subrogate a tort claim against [redacted] *** [redacted] was responsible for a car accident on 11/12/and was uninsured We have followed all rules and regulations in attempting to subrogate this claim from *** We have offered multiple options to repay and none have been accepted at this point We have asked [redacted] to present a plan for repayment and none has been offered We are here to work with [redacted] when he is ready to clear this claim

Recovery Partners represents [redacted] regarding this tort claim On 8/12/ [redacted] hit our insured's car, at the time she stated she did not have car insurance If that has changed please forward it, otherwise the claim is due All of this information was sent to us by [redacted]

I would like to see said police reportsI have been charged with no crime and the police came to get the work truck I was given the keys toI refused to bring it back at night as I had my children with meDid the said damage occur in Nebraska or iowa ? There is no information to support these accusations at at allThe truck had over a foot of snow behind it as it was in my driveway for two weeks before I was fired and it was instantly reported stolenI told him he could come get it all of which is noted in the police reportsIf it was a stolen vehicle why was I not charged with a crime? How was this damage done? Where was it done? What was it done by?

My name is [redacted] and I was the first point of contact not [redacted] or [redacted] or even [redacted] as you state in your response. At no point in our conversation the rep ever asked to speak to [redacted] or [redacted] to get permission to speak with me. When [redacted] called the rep did't verify any information nor ever got permission to speak to [redacted] from [redacted] or [redacted] in regards to this claim, again there is absolutely no security in regards to personal information. The further information that you have gathered from [redacted] was all speculation that were not verified with [redacted] or [redacted] the party you claim are responsible because at no point were they ever on the line. Since [redacted] at the time did believe that this could possibly be a real claim she proceeded to make payment arrangements. Because the business website is not secured when a person is entering their personal information she made arrangements to [redacted] over a money order to which the first rep agreed, but few minutes after another agent called and told her the only way they can accept a payment was through [redacted] *** or [redacted] ***. What kind of a business doesn't take money orders or accepts [redacted] **? The fake one! At no point will my family ever feel safe providing CC number to this company since their lack of security for personal information, and at no point will any smart person will ever wire the money to anyone because this method is not tracked, insured or secured. You have also failed to address in your response why the company you claim you collect for has no record of this accident or claim in their database? or why are we only hearing about this accident now which is 7 months after the incident? Why is there no bills coming to [redacted] 's address? Why did you lie about suspending DL? Why is your website not secured? Why is there so many words misspelled on your website? The list goes on and on. You are out to scam hard working people out of money. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Unreal that they twist this to make it appear I agreed this could be my debt I called when it appeared on my credit report and told them it absolutely was NOT my debt however I would verify that with the creditor Recovery had NO information to help me ascertain if this was somehow a debt overlooked by me therefore I was forced to call the actual creditor The issue still remains, regardless of the fact that I went out of my way to remedy this with zero assistance on their part, that they have not only NOT REMOVED THEIR ERROR after admitting it, but they ADDITIONALLY DUPLICATED THE ERROR BY REPORTING IT AGAIN SO THAT I HAVE TWO MAJOR DEROGATORY MARKS on an otherwise good credit rating Their "letter" admitting they were in error does nothing to help my score as the scoring system does not take their letter into account and score is all that matters Is it impossible to fix their error and if so what kind of company is this? Inaccurately report me as someone else one time is an error, duplicate it doubling the damage instead of fixing it when they fully admit they were in error is NEGLIGENCE!!! SIMPLY FIX IT, CORRECT IT, REMOVE IT FROM MY BUREAU Regards, [redacted] ***

Recovery Partners is attempting to subrogate a tort claim on behalf of [redacted] InsuranceOn 3/6/the vechicle owned by [redacted] and [redacted] was responsible for a hit and run accident The vehicle was left at the scene We contacted [redacted] and [redacted] gave us permission to speak with Taunya because of a language barrier Taunya said that her brother Michael was the driver and that they would like to take care of the claim They agreed to pay $on 10/31/ No money was sent

Recovery Partners was attempting to collect on behalf of [redacted] An account was forwarded to us on 11/13/with the name of [redacted] and an address of [redacted] *** We sent a validation letter to that address and did not receive a response We attempted to reach [redacted] via telephone and no response On 3/ [redacted] called us to say this was on his credit, we reviewed the DOS information with him and he agreed this was his and he needed to contact his insurance and would call back On 3/ [redacted] called in to say this was not his and needed it removed from his *** On that date we used [redacted] to request deletion from the credit bureau

RevDex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
