I did put the carport together for her and she did pay for it After she decided the wanted the sides wrapped She paid $toward the material and I was supposed to receive and additional $when finished I told her we would use it as job filled and do it on a day we did not have much going on, she said it would be okay She started calling a couple of days later wondering when we were going to be there I told her Wednesday I received text from her on Monday and Tuesday wanting to know if I was coming those days I replied on Wednesday Wednesday morning we showed up and started the workWe had the metal on one side of it and she started complaining about it being wavy I told her we would put stiffeners on it once we had it wrapped About the time we had the other side wrapped her son came out complaining that his mom was not happy with what was done so far I told him that if we could not make her happy, then there was no since in me being there She came back out apologizing My son told her that we would be back sometime next week when it was not raining Tuesday evening while I cutting my yard she started calling and texting Stating she was going to turn me in to the Revdex.com and take me to court if I did not finish I responded that she find another contractor She has turned me in to the Revdex.com and posted lies on face book about me I did attempt to do the work, but the environment was too hostile to complete I can not return the material because it has been cut and bent I spent $on material and I am out several hours in labor Some people you have to just walk away from

[redacted] The business is not telling the truth, when he came over to do the job, you could tell that they did not want to be here. the business is very unprofessional , and should complete my job, they cut the material . He is saying he can not return my money for materials, because it is cut. THEY CUT IT, then left the job. He told me after he abruptly left they would be back on Tuesday to finish, I contacted him Tuesday evening after they didn't show up, and for what was put on the customer review it was all truthful, they even hit the LIKE BUTTON on my responses

Sometimes you have to agree to disagree. I know my version of the way I saw it and she has hers. We are at a stale mate. I have a lot of satisfied customers and then there is some rare cases you have one that is not. I stand behind what I have done. It appears the issue will not be resolved. Most of my work comes from referrals from previous customers.
