out in June, 2016 and placedin our office in January, 2017 for collections.We have reviewed and done a thorough investigation into Ms. [redacted] complaint andvehemently deny the allegations stated therein. First, all calls to third parties are done so instrict compliance to the FDCRA taking great care not to disclose the purpose of the call to thethird-party unless and until are able to verify the person we are talking to is the consumer weare seeking. More importantly, we NEVER physically go to a consumer's home. We arelocated in New York and all contact with consumer is through telephone's, the DSPS, and emailupon consent. Further, no monies have been collected from Ms. [redacted] regarding this account.The balance remains the same as the date it entered our office. We are not sure if she isreferring to the original creditor, or some other agency that may have had the account prior. IfMs. [redacted] has evidence to back up any of her claims we ask that it be sent to our office so wemay take appropriate action as these allegations are extremely concerning and wholly againstcompany policy, and in some instances the law.Ms. [redacted] account has been placed in a do not call status and no additionalcorrespondence will take place unless Ms. Aifaro contacts our office.Please contact the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matter
