Who ever responded to my complaint is a full faced liar and god see your ugly dishonest waysI was at a tire shop on Virginia and federal getting tires when I was referred to red-hot and to speak to ***He then directed me to the gentalman who was working on a car this was friday Dec 4th stating this is our mechanic you need to talk to himHe said it would cost and he needed the car all dayI told him give me a couple days to get the money together and I would be backHe also called *** for the clutch and send me there to pick up the part off the company acctI did go buy the clutch and returned the following Monday to see when he could do itThe mechanic was there Monday but to busyI went Wednesday since he wasn't there Tuesday and that's when he said he had time Thursday Dec 10th drop off around 10am and will be ready by 5pmI did everything I was suppose to do and when returning that evening around 6pm I seen no sign of mechanic and *** walked up to me explaining my car was not touch because he left at pm to go get flywheelThat's not true because I discussed with mechanic about flywheel and he was going to have it spun after I started asking questions of why I didn't get a phone call or anything the lady started treating me saying she would call police if I didn't leave with my carMy car couldn't move they didn't fix it and then proceeds to tell me that she fired the mechanic last SaturdayHe was there working and she was translating for him talking to me for the next daysThey just don't want to correct this issue and are lieing they knew it was important to have my car ready I needed it more then ever that Friday the following dayThere neglagence and poor service and mechanics costed me $ for cab far from s Denver to Brighton back to s Denver over to Aurora and back homeRed hot auto is tires mechanics work and also a sales for vehiclesThey are horrible dishonest people

This is not a customer of Red Hot Auto. We are not involved in this whatsoever. This woman brought her vehicle to the tire shop that is in the same building as Red Hot to get her tires repaired or replaced and while she was there, one of the men at the tire company mentioned that he was a mechanic...

and agreed to fix her vehicle. It was not Red Hot Auto agreeing to repair her vehicle. She needs to take this matter up with the tire company. Please note this error on Red Hot Auto Brokers account so that none of our actual customers see this negativity.
