Even though it took months to get them to meet with me yes I was satisfied with the outcome of the meeting EXCEPT FOR HIS EMPLOYEE/RECEPTIONIST *** WHO KEPT LAUGHING WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS TRYING TO SPEAK TO BOTH OF THE ***SOTHER THAN HER IN PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR EVEN AFTER SHE WAS TOLD THERE'S NOT REASON TO LAUGH AND IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE STILL CONTINUED TO BUT OTHER THAN HER YES EVERYTHING IN THEIR RESPONSE WAS TRUEHE DID SHOW THAT THE PROPERTY IS NOT TAX EXEMPT EVEN TBOUGH THE COPT OF THE DEED O OBTAINED FROM THE LOCAL COURT HOUSE HAS SOMETHING COMPLETELY different SO I SUPPOSE THAT'S SOMETHING THEU NEED TO GET STRAIGHTENED OUT AT THE COURT HOUSE WE WERE VERY SATISFIED OF THE OUT COME HOWEVER WITHTHIS BEING MY FIRST HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE I AM GOING TO FOLLOW HUDS ADVICE AND SPEAK WITH THE HUD HOME COUNSELOR AND HOME OWNERSGIP OFFICE AT MY LOCAL LEGAL AID JUST TO MAKE SURETHE ONLY THING I DID NOT RECEIVE WAS THE PAPERWORK WHERE MY HOUSE WAS PROPERLY GLEANING DUE TO A DMT LAB....WHICH *** HAD TO BUT I'M AND SAY I RUSHED THEM ABOUT MOVING IN BECAUSE AFTER I SIGNED AND MADE MY DOWN PAYMENT I STILL HAD TO WAIT A MONTH TO ACTUACY GET THE KEYSSO YES I WANTED TO MOVE INTO A HOUSE I HAD JUST PUT $8,DOWN PAYMENT ONTHE HOUSE WAS VACANT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH BEFORE I WAS APPROACHED ABOUT BUTING ITIF YOU SIGN OVER THE TITLE TO YOUR MOBILE HOME AND PROVIDED $2,OF COURSE YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO MOVE IN FURTHER MORE IF THEY NEEDED MORE TIME TO HAVE IT CLEANED THEY SHOULD'VE WAITED UNTIL IT WAS PROPERLY CLEANED BEFORE I WAS ASKED ABOUT IT SO OTHER THAN THE ONE EMPLOYEE AND THE COMMENT THE *** GUY MADE WE WERE VERY SATISFIED THANK YOU VERY MUCHI ALSO TOOK MY ATTORNEYS ADVICE AND HAD MY DAUGHTER RECORD THE ENTIRE "MEETING" OTHER THAN *** AND *** I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME HOWEVER IT NEVER SHOULD BE BEEN DRUG OUT AS LONG AS IT WASNOTHING GOT DONE UNTIL I HAD MY DAUGHTER FILE THE CPMPLAINTS.

On 6/6/I thought I was purchasing a home from Red Oak of Virginia owned by James Wilson Radford JRI have had one meeting with them which I recorded and the company owner said that I am buying the house, however I am fighting with the union and its at step and I have taken early retirement but that is going to take a few months in the meantime I called MrRadfords father James Radford SR and told him I was going to need him to work with me on the mortgage until things get back to normalI had NEVER been late on my "mortgage" Radford SR told me he would work with me and that I needed to contact his son as well which I did several times and never got a responseLast month and this month I was given a day pay or vacate paper and on the itemized items nothing was mentioned about the homeowners insurance I pay monthly nor do I have a copy of it or know who it is with also in this meeting in which my child recorded the owner of Red Oak compared this to a car note and said "just like with a car your not going to add my name to it until it is paid for"Well just like a car note if a person is buying a home then it should be months behind on the mortgage and start foreclosure proceedings however this man did the oppositeEvery time that I try to contact this person I never get a response*** *** has found some "red flags" and they are currently looking into this man and this "shady" sell/leaseAccording to the owner I am buying according to my real estate attorney I am only renting the home and land which their is also an issue with the land marking with the neighbor behind usI gave this man my mobile home and $6,down NO ONE pays that type of security depositThought this was fixed until my real estate attorney advised me that yes MrRadford has some red flags on this sale.So here I am again contacting you guys again and I will also be contacting HUD because this is just ridiculous, they no longer have an office and father and son have split ways and companies up.Either ADD my name to the deed for the hour time period required so that I can get it refinanced or fix his "red flags" so I can do a combo loan and buy him out of the whole thingIf not my real estate attorney advised to sue Red Oak for my down payment and all the money I have invested in their homeI've put a new deck on the front and was in the process of finishing the basement which the original contract said it was a finished basement and its not it is only a ruffed in basementHELP

[redacted] did not follow through with her end on the agreed terms.  She agreed to follow the proper closing procedures through the law offices of [redacted] in Christiansburg, VA.  [redacted] is still waiting to hear back from Ms. [redacted] for the Home Closing.  We have agreed to terms, and she was satisfied with the agreement, and now she is not.  It seems that we are unable to satisfy her with the means available to us.

Mr. [redacted] and his management team met with Ms. [redacted] on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, in order to address these issues.  She was shown documentation, that the property is, in fact, not tax exempt.  Where she is paying $50.00 per month, she was shown that she is actually paying less than...

the full amount, which is $112.50 per month, and Red Oak of VA incurs the remaining cost.  She is indeed purchasing the property through owner-financing with Red Oak of VA, LLC.  After alleviating her concerns, Mr. [redacted] accompanied her and her witness to the attorney’s office in order to start the process of getting her name recorded on the deed for the property, which is expected to occur around May 15, 2017.  However, Ms. [redacted] realizes that at this point, it is up to her to follow through with the attorney to complete the deed recordation.  After the visit with the attorney, we received a text message from her daughter which said the following:  “This is [redacted]’s daughter, thank you so very much for everything.  We truly appreciate it more than you know.  Have a great day.”We hope they are satisfied with the solutions and explanations that were provided, and would like to help her complete the recordation process, so that she may get the refinancing that she would like.Sincerely,[redacted]Red Oak of VA, LLCP###-###-####
