Review: I legally parked my vehicle in a parking lot where I usually park when going to the store it is associated with. Walking into the store I noticed a suspicious gentleman standing outside not waiting for the bus, or at a store but just standing waiting. Approximately Only 5 minutes later the same man walked into the store and informed me that "they" towed your vehicle, your car is being towed. I ran outside but my vehicle wasn't in sight and I asked him you watched me walk in the store past you why is it when my car is already gone your telling me that "they" towed it. He replied that the tow truck hasn't left yet- the driver should still be around the corner that's when the thought of my vehicle being robbed with him as an accomplice came to my mind. The car was out of sight but some how he knew the driver was around the corner still, and as I ran around the corner I noticed my car attached to the tow truck with the driver patiently waiting for me to approach him. He told me I could pay in cash only NO CREDIT and when I stated my argument threatened to drive my car to his company where I'd have to "pay more" to get it back. He actually waited for me the entire time so I can get the money to pay him or he was driving off. So apparently the tow company doesn't even have a contract or agreement with the 7 car lot businesses and their a company in Williamsburg why are they in millbasen Brooklyn scamming innocent people in a far area. Without a phone call from the business how does a tow company just take a call from a person whose obviously working for them as an informant and accomplice to tow away cars then profit. It took 7 mins for the tow truck to arrive meaning it was already parked in the area which I have in document and the vehicle information was written by the driver with the wrong lift which could damage my all wheel drive car.. I need help with this matter please. The company's name which was changed from Red's Express ii inc to ALL About Towing ii inc has also been reported on [redacted] and city search by other victims of this selfish crime. This isn't fair and need to be put to a stop. ...........THANK YOUDesired Settlement: $136.00

Review: this company tow cars illegally they took my car while I was at the store my friend went to another store when I come out the store my car was gone very nasty people one guy outside the store tell me me he thought I was somewhere else he is the one calling this people talk to the [redacted] of the store he tell me he did NOT call anybody believe this is a racket between this guy and the tow company [redacted] name [redacted]Desired Settlement: since I have no money my friend have to pay with her credit car pay her back

Review: I HAVA FILE A COMPLAIN WITH THIS COMPANY ASKING THEM TO REFUND MY FRIEND MONEY FOR WRONGLY TOWING MY CAR FROM [redacted] IN [redacted] BUT I BELIEVE THEY THINK THIS IS THEIR WAY OF MAKING MONEY.HAVING A GUY CALLING AS SOON YOU GO TO THE STORE I LIKE SOME PROOF OF THEIR REASON FOR TOWING MY CAR I WAS PARK ON THE RIGHT PLACE THERE IS NO REASON FOR THIS THEY HAVE A GIRL CALLING TO ASK ABOUT THE PLACE MY CAR WAS TAKE FROM AND A COPY OF THE RECEIPT BUT BUT NO ANSWER YET I WILL TAKE FURTHER STEP TO HAVE THIS RESOLVEDesired Settlement: I WULD LIKE THEM TO REFUND MY FRIEND MONEY 136.00
