Gel Pedicure
I went to Regal Nails in the Walmart in Jefferson LA right out of Metairie. There are NO prices posted so I asked how much for a pedicure and was told $25. I asked how much for a gel pedicure and was told SAME. So since this is my first gel 2pedicure, I thought that was a good price. WRONG! When I went to pay they charged $50. I said I was told $25 and wouldnt have paid $50 for a pedicure! The lady started yelling at me and said I told you! I said you said same. In the first place the pedicure must have at lasted 20 minutes at the most and was the worst I have ever had. I should have expected it from a nail salon in Walmart,

Dear miss [redacted] We are sorry to hear the complaints customer.Its was right ,she was charged for $that dayAnd the same day she called for said her nails need to be fix (only her nails NOT the bottom of her feet),then she came back a few days later for fix nails,and we fix her nails without questioning and then she started to complaining her feet and wants redo bottom of her feet again and the tech put the customer's feet to soaked for few minutes for her feet will be soft little bit before to started working on themBut before working on her feet the tech asked her to give few minutes to do the eyes brows for another one,and she agreed to let the tech to do the eyes brows (do the waxing eyes brows takes minutes NOT minutes)Within few minutes later ( NOT min),before we were noticed she already out of the door with wet feetWe are really regrets what was happened, and the services she had to be done perfectly correctly done ,and sorry she was unhappy with services she hadAnd for refund,we don't think it's right to ask for refund after had the services takes almost 2hBut we are accept that request,and we hope that action not to become usual nor with SOMEBODY ELSESo we hope you can help us to resolve that problem,and we agree to refund....But still not rightPlease, can you tell us how to do refund for her Thank you Angelique P.S: Refund available at front desk.Pianytime

On March 13, we sent Ms [redacted] the first collection letter with FDCPA language stating she had days to dispute the debtAt that time if the account was not disputed we would report the account as an open collection account to the major credit bureausOn May 7, we reported this collection account to the credit bureausUpon Ms [redacted] request for a breakdown of charges, we immediately requested the paperwork from the doctorWe have been unable to obtain the paperwork and closed Ms [redacted] 's collection account with our office on 5-29-We reported this account as closed to the major credit bureaus on 6-7-and manually deleted this from her credit bureau reports as well on 6-13-and 6-15-We assume this will close this complaintSincerely, Dan [redacted] President

I came to speak to you about a solution. You had plenty of opportunities to speak and you chose not toIt's not fair you keep saying I needed a fill-inwhen we both know that there is fungus on of my nailsI couldn't risk the chance of my other fingers having a fungus also. You did not spend an hour and a half on my nails and you could have turned me awayYou did not and that was your choice. Initially, I was pleased with my nailsI do not DIY nails at home and I'm not sure where you even got that from. My nails were in fact ombre' when I saw you and in need of a fill-inThat does not justify the fact that the particular nails I showed you had a fungusFrom previous experience, if those nails were glued properly to begin with there would not have been any liftingAnd as a business owner, once you realized I wanted to discuss something with you and had a potential problem, you should have spoke to me privatelyI did not come into your business 'looking for a fight.' I came to you looking for a fair solutionHow you treated/responded to me after a few moments of speaking to you is why my tuned changedYou embarrassed me in front of everyone in the storeActing like you remembered me and then you didn't, making suggestions that it was my fault. My experienced with this business was mixed The reservation process was great We were able to rent nonconsecutive days for day rate The boat was in great condition and it was nice to be able to come in and go back out several times through the day
This organization could really use some customer service training The gentlemen that I paid was very grumpy The boat was not full of gas when we first took it out but the manager said the gas gauge was just broken On day two we started with a full tank and the gauge worked fine Fuel was very expensive The young staff were very unhelpfulThey just sat around watching When I asked them questions they just sent me inside At one point they lost the key and we lost a half hour while they looked
At the end of the second day we went out one last time in the evening The manager made us bring the boat back at instead of 9PM because he wanted to leave by The rental brochure states 7AM-9PM, not 830PM

My mother and I were the first clients of the day and were promptly seated at a nail stationI informed the nail tech that I wanted a fill (regular acrylic) and shellac polish over topShe told me this was fine and asked if I wanted solar nails vsacrylicI told her regular acrylic would be fine and she informed me that solar would only be $more than regular acrylicShe also said that with the shellac over top it would come out to $totalI informed her that her recommendation would be fine at $She went on to do my nails and when it came time to put the shellac over top I could tell she was strugglingShe spent about minutes going over the shellac on each hand and I was inspecting her work while she was alternating doing both sidesI noticed a lot of bubble like bumps from the uneven nail surface as well as uneven nail formation where she had tried to reshape my nails (while I just told her to keep shape and just make them shorter)I informed her about the bubbles and the shape of the nailsWithout saying anything she started to drill off the shellac and proceeded to redo my nailsThe second time she did my nails the nail surface was smoother than the first time but there were still jagged edges near the sides of my nailsI also asked if she could fix the shaping she did the first time because it was very unevenAfter she polished my nails I inspected them and realized they were still not presentableI proceeded to talk with my mother to be sure the errors were not just seen by myselfThe nail tech then went on to whisper that she would just charge me $for the work she had doneWe went to speak with what we thought to be the manager and she informed me that I could sit down to have my nails done a third time by a different techI informed her that the nail tech before had done sets and she had nicked many of my fingers and they were soreI was not sure it would be safe to try and get a 3rd set since my nails were in so much painShe then told me I could pay today and come in tomorrow to have them fixedI told her I did not feel comfortable with doing thatAfter my mother convinced me to get them fixed (again) I sat down to a new nail tech (Kevin)He proceeded to drill off the shellac again for the 2nd timeHe tried to reshape my nails again but by this time the other nail tech had jacked them up so bad he did not have any more nail to work withHe did a fine job with what he had to work with and then ushered me to payWhen he went to charge my card he asked the lady who had done my nails the first times how much the total wasShe informed him that it would be $I informed him that she told my mother and I it would come out to $totalHe said it was $because it was shellac and a solar nail fillI could not believe what I was hearing as the nail tech specifically told me I would only be paying $more for shellac and $more for a solar nail fill than an acrylic one! By this time I was fuming and called my mother to talk with the 2nd nail tech to tell him what the 1st nail tech had saidKevin then told me if I didn't want to pay $I could sit back down and he would take off my shellac and put regular polishI was in utter shock and on the verge of tears as I had to go through sets of fills and nail techs for mediocre nailsI gave in and sat down in the chair and asked him to take off the shellacBy this time I was overly frustrated and in tears and other patrons had noticed what was going onKevin then finally said he would charge me $for my nailsI paid Kevin as he told me he was only helping the other tech out and to not file a complaint against him but on the 1st nail techI have never been more humiliated than I was today at what I thought was a good nail salonI will not be returning and will not recommend anyone to get their nails done at this salonThe nail techs were very unprofessional and I do not create a comfortable, trusting environment

She was not patient. I cannot help that I was with another customer. I did apologize. She didn’t want to wait. I refunded her $15 that is all I can do.

salon is no refund money on any services, I tried to talk to her come to salon I fix her toes nails the best I can do or I give a gift card of salon for her but she didn't want it and she hung up on me. will say I'm a clean fanatics .1 have ALWAYS sanitize mine and the client hands before 1 start their nails.We are only use disposal implement such as buffers, files and paper drill bits.AII metal implements go to autoclave to be sanitize after used.Ms..[redacted] got her nails ombre in March .She came in 2 weeks ago to said that I have made her nails had fungus.I noticed her nails were not ombre like what I had done.) don't know if she tried to do them at home or what.We were busy at the time she came, I asked what can I do for you, then she got all up set said that I've made her nails had fungus.(she very loudly talking ,and obnoxious at the moment) I felt very uncomfortable with her around my other customers.[redacted],l don't know if you wear artificial nails or ,but when people wear artificial nails.They're have to keep theirs nails maintenance every 2 weeks.After 2-3weeks the nails growth and anything could happen ,breaking,Iifting,moisture get between artificial nails and natural nails.Especially try to DIY at home, which we are never recommender to do at home.I admitted that I didn't ask her to speak to me in private.Ms.[redacted] didn't give me a chance to speak anyway.She was yelling across the room to the back of the salon" ya'll take yours chances here". Made all the clients in the shop so uneasy.I decided to ignore her completely.She was mad and walked out without telling me "I will get it somehow ".I couldn't explain to Ms.[redacted] when I know she came with an attitude to fight! have spend !hour and 30 minutes to do her nails.And she came in at closing time.I could have say no to the job and gone home to spent time with my family.But I stayed and did her nails and she was please with them.l'm a business man,! have been in this business many years, if I would do anything to harm my clients.' would not be in business.' just want to speak for myself and hopefully you would understand my side of story.lncluding with my letter one of the client wanted to share her thoughts to you too.
