This company is a complete scamFirst, I did not receive the correct product that was being advertisedThe advertisement was a demo video that showed how this wrinkle cream worked and made wrinkles disappear in less than one minute and lasted up to hours Under it advertised "rush my trial now" for $I filled out my billing and shipping infoI then clicked on "complete my order"Then some other product came up and I was charged another $I thought "oh well, it's only bucks, I will just try this other product for fun" After submitting my order, there was no confirmation that my order even processed The site just timed outTwo weeks later, my bank account was charged two payments of $ I never received a confirmation number for my orderNo confirmation email was provided My package did not come with an invoice I wasn't even sure if my order went throughI had no way of contacting these people After finally tracking them down, I called the company and explained that their must have been a mistake and I asked if I could return the unopened products back for a refund The manager I spoke with was extremely rude She would not allow me to return the items and told me it was my fault and that I had to "own up" to buying these products The advertisement said that the trial was $not $ She said that I did not read the terms and condition given at the bottom I explained to her how I clicked the button that said "click here to complete your order" and was charged for an additiotional product that I didn't even want Big scam and trickI asked her what the website was and she put me on hold to look it up What manager doesn't know the company website? And what legitimate company won't accept a unopened product and refund their money? After this I started to do more research and found a lot of reviews about this happening to many othersOne girl got a refund because her mother is a judge and sent them a document on letterhead One other person got refunded because they saw this product being advertised with DrOz's picture on it She sent that to the TV show network asking them if they support this product and they responded back saying they are not at all affiliated with them She then provided this to the skin care company and THEN they refunded her I spoke with one other person and she said she got refunded 50% of her money after she told them she would despute the charges When they offered her 50% to not despute it, she took the offer I haven't seen one good review on this product yet Only that the company is a scam I have only heard horror stories about this company They claim to have over 120'Facebook followers and they have only "like" on their company page Do not buy anything from them! Complete scam and trick I am embarrassed that happened to me as I am a licensed esthetician I researched each and every ingredient in the product and not one helps with anti aging Poor quality product and a company ripping people off

Regenify advertised on face book a trial offer of $ I took the bait and thought I'd give it a try for this low price After I ordered I never received a confirmation and didn't realize they signed you up for a monthly subscription for $ When ordering there was nothing stating it was a subscription After I received a second order I called the company to learn I was charged $I asked to return the product and was told no They did offer to give a 35% discount, still leaving a hefty bill This is a complete scam I want others to beware of the under handed tactics used by this dishonest company In addition the product doesn't even work

I am not able to contact the product at the numbers supplied, nor am I able to cintact this distributor that is located in Vancouver BC I am being charged for products I do not want, and I have been able to contact anyone to cancel these dollar deliveries! I am contacting my credit Rd today to stop paymentsIf that is not successful I will hire an attorney

The products known as Regenify and [redacted] were ordered and sent to my mailing address Dec 6, These were not products ordered by meIn the past one or more of my sisters has sent me gifts from the beauty industryBecause December was an extremely busy and hectic month, I set the box of products aside to open at a later dateI failed to open the small box until January I had forgotten about it after seeing what was in it, I set the products aside once more until I could ask each of my three sisters if one of them had mailed these to meAfter some time, I eventually had spoken to each of them - none of them purchased these products and mailed to meI am very careful what I use on my skin and was hesitant to even try the products, especially since I did not know who sent themThat question was answered in FebruaryThe company says I ordered them even though I did notI live in a small town and thought the postal delivery could be wrongNoRegenify insisted I ordered them when I did notI was able to cancel the orders, separately, AFTER I finally got through to their numbers on the packing slipI did send e-mails to both support e-addresses when I was unable to reach them by phone numbers provided on the packing slipI received responses from each product support e-mail addressesRegenify gave me a different phone number to call for their product [redacted] also responded with the same support phone number I already had for their productApparently there was a day trial period I was unaware of.and, because I was unaware of the trial period, let alone that someone else ordered these products as a prank, I did not return the products until I was sure the accounts were both cancelledSo, after speaking with a Manager this morning, I was informed that because the Regenify account was already closed (when I was able to reach them on one occasion) no monies could be returned to me!!!! I was never given an address to return the productsI stated again, to the manager on the other end of the phone, what I had sent in my e-mail about having sensitive skin and that I have specific products I use and do not vary fromNo way was this manager going to refund anything to meUnfortunately I yelled at the manager on the phone that I wanted my money back! I did send another e-mail to each of the products' e-mail addresses after I hung up the phoneI did tell them I would report them to the Revdex.com today and I apologized for yelling hysterically at the manager on the phoneI also requested that if the weren't giving me the money the had taken out of my account, that they at least give it to a worthy charityI don't want my money wasted on these productsI was hackedYes, ALL of my card information and mailing address was given when the products were ordered by someone other than myselfIt is so easy at my work place to have access to my purse no matter where I put it in the store behind the counter! Same experience I have just like the other customersI was told I can't send it back and no refund ; it's in the fine print she claimedBut I never ever saw the fine print there before clicking the final order; they must have hidden it to mislead the customersThe regular price of $for the eye cream and $for the face serum were not posted in the website when you order

VLM Eye cream and Villaire Face Serum also known at Valere Face Serum and Regenify
I ordered a sample of these products and was charged $5.95 for each product even though the website said $4.95 I was not going to dispute $2.00 It arrived without any shipping material or product information. There was nothing in the box other than the products. The Serum made me break out and the eye cream didn’t hold up to their claims. I tried to call this company several times. Once you call the number an automated message gives you three choices of products to put in a number. None of these products were the ones I purchased. If I pressed one, two or three I was asked for my phone number and they could not attach it to an order. Then gave my address and still could not find my account. Then I was put on hold for over an hour. A representative never came on the line.
Now I got my credit card statement and I have been charged for products that I haven’t even received. I FINALLY got through today to a representative by calling the number off my credit card bill. I was told I didn’t cancel my subscription in time. The product has been sent to my other address in Michigan and even if I return the product, I will not be refunded. I was given a choice of getting his “once in a lifetime discount of 35% off” or I get no money back at all. I told him I wasn’t happy with the product and wanted a refund. He told me I was out of luck.
I went back to the website and it states:

I understand that if I am not fully satisfied with my products I may cancel my order at any time by calling customer service and returning any unused, unopened Product to our warehouse. All returns must be within 30 days of original purchase (excluding trial product). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
He told me I could NOT send my product back and if I tried to dispute this with my credit card company I wouldn't get anything back at all.
At this time I do not have a product to return because I haven’t received it.
This is a total scam. Do NOT order from this company or any other company that uses Dr. Oz to represent it. He has nothing to do with these companies.
