I'm pleased to write a positive review for RENCO,LLC. We have a flat roof and they've stood behind their work over the years and are faithful in follow-up to ensure that if warranty work is needed, it gets done. Prompt and friendly service. Most recent work was repair to a portion of our patio roofing because of other work I had done, and the RENCO service was done quickly and well and at a reasonable price. It's a family run business where all members of the team obviously care that their customers are satisfied. Seems that's what we should all be about!

I would highly recommend Renco Roofing for your tile roof replacement or repair. All aspects of the project were timely, efficient, and of excellent quality. Lars, the sales representative, was knowledgeable, forthright, and easily respected. He provided accurate information and a few good suggestions. Very importantly, the work crew did an outstanding job with all "finishing" items, such as, sealant, mortar, edge pieces, and vents. I chose Renco over 6 other firms, they were middle-of-the-pack in price, but I believe I made the right choice.

I am a professional remodeler and Realtor. I have used Renco's services in behalf of several clients. Their work and work process has always been top quality at a reasonable price - this is due in large part because they know their business. Too many roofing contractors just give you the "all or nothing" option that isn't always needed. Whenever there has been a problem of any magnitude, they have "made it right" without any push back. I recommend them highly.

As someone who works in the homebuilding industry, I had several choices of roofers to use for the repair of my personal home. I chose Renco because of their reputation for quality and their fair prices. In addition to the quality, I was very pleased with the service that I received from Renco - from the initial quote through the repair work and clean-up. I rarely recommend service providers to my friends and family, but Renco is one of the few that I have.

Aaron came out fixed the repairs and the A/C does no longer vibrates. The sound is gone and they did an awesome job. So my complaint was fixed and I am very happy. Because of that I would highly recommend them. Aaron did not leave until he made sure I was satisfied, and he went up and beyond to make sure it looked clean and neat before he left. RenCo. Roofing raises the bar when it comes to customer service. We used RenCo to replace our roof; their performance and customer service were outstanding. We have consistently recommended them to our relatives and neighbors who have also had great experiences with them.
Shannon has always provided straight-forward personal feedback on our roofing problems and has told us situations that did not need to be repaired – he did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We have come to trust and value his opinion when it comes to roof problems.
Recently, he helped our daughter who had recently bought her home. She had severe water issues and RenCo went out of their way to schedule her repairs in a very timely manner due to the seriousness of the issues.
When it comes to roof repairs we would not deal with anyone else. We have known RenCo for 10+ years and they have consistently proven to be honest, trustworthy, professional and extremely competent in their work and dealings with us.

There were many issues with our roof installation. Damaged property, not replacing bad plywood, and worst of all being derided in Spanish by the roofers once my neighbors (we have a shared roof on row houses) began communicating the problems to the supervisor. The roofers also made threatening gestures. After that I called the police and they were warned that they had committed felony trespassing by opening my home to access a power outlet without my permission. And that if this threatening behavior did not end, he would return upon my request.
Basically I would be very wary of using this company, there are not professional and there customer service is poor when you have a problem.
After the Police Officer left, the threatening behavior returned so I will be pursuing criminal charges. You have been warned to stay away!

The job was painlessly done. I was kept informed of every step of the way. When they were finished there was absolutely no debris left behind. Truly a very professional and experienced company that is proud of the work they do. What a very pleasant experience from the estimator to the crew who performed the job down to the office staff.

I already scheduled them to foam my garage, coat my patio roof and redo my porch roof. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
