the vehicle in for a warranty claim from what we understand after it had already expiredThe customer is stating that the problem occurred days after the sale but they drove it for months before trying to turn it into warranty which then they found out it had expiredThat's when they contacted us but the warranty had expired and we are not obligated.Thank you,Renner's Auto Sales
