Business Response Reply: In response to the compliant levied against me, I believe is an automatic response for his failure in getting all the accurate information to protect himself against any fraudulent activity, knowing his internet business could easily go the other way in the drop of a hat. He's just looking to blame someone for his inaccurate management skills in the way he runs his business. This merchant has been with our company for one year now, and there haven't been any problems until now. A few weeks before this event, he called because his terminal was down, I showed up the next morning picked up his terminal had it fixed and it back the next day, now that's A+ customer service. 2 weeks after that, he called and left a message on my voice mail needing some assistance, I called him back and he was at [redacted], the connection was bad so I asked him to call me back when he gets the chance. Again he called and left a voice mail for me to return his call and I was extra busy that week so I didn't get the chance to return his call back right away that week the next week I get this letter from Revdex.com saying the merchant filed a complaint against me so I picked up the phone and called him to see if I could resolve this issue to keep his business now he refuses to return my calls. What can I do if he want respond? The compliant was about the way his account was set up, I have to say I've been at this for 10 years in January, what I do is, you tell me how you want it set up and that's the only way I set up your account. What should I do if he want respond?
