Rent In Ottawa Property Management

I have worked with Rent in Ottawa for about 6 months (5 rental doors) and very happy I made the switch. Having a team of professionals working with my rental properties has been a game changer cause I was not running my rental business properly and let people get away with too much. This way, they are the ones communicating with tenants, viewings, new lease agreements and they know the rules so I don't have to do anything other than make sure the mortgage gets paid. I have enjoyed working with them and look forward to many years of hands off responsibility.

RentinOttawa has managed my properties for over 5 years. I have had excellent service during that time and I can't begin to express how much their service has reduced the stress of being a landlord. They respond promptly to my tenants and are always available if I need to speak to them or get advice. Over the years the team has become more like friends than business associates. I would highly recommend RentinOttawa as a property management company.

We were in a pinch to find a rental property due to my relocating for work, and were extremely worried we'd have to room with someone for a few months, and then we met with *** to see a rental he had available. Not only were we greeted with a smile, but *** immediately came across as professional, yet very personable and it became more like a friendly visit than us viewing an apartment. We were shown the unit, which we immediately fell in love with but were nervous about being able to secure it as we had been jumping through unrealistic hoops all week with other rental management companies. We expressed our concerns to ***, who after getting to know us a little during our visit, reassured us that we would have no problem getting the unit. He was right! After filling out a simple application with ***, he made a few phone calls to expedite the process for us, and only a few hours later we were approved and had started moving some of our belongings in. Needless to say, we were relieved, and *** was a hero.
Not only are we settled now, but we are so thankful for *** and his team helping us in this time of crisis. You could not ask for a better bunch of people to have on your side if you're in the market for housing. They are personable, friendly, approachable and most importantly, they make things happen for the better. Keep up the great work, and know that you will come highly recommended to anyone who we know is looking for a place to live. Thank you all so much!
