I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The response from the business was totally disingenuousThey claimed: "As we discussed when we spoke with you on 6-7-17, the particular work you asked us to perform, was not covered by a lifetime warranty and the work is no longer under warranty." However, no such discussion occurred - all that happened was that I spoke to the receptionist on 6-17-and told her of the issueShe provided me with their email address so that I could put my request in writing which I did (they claimed they did not receive my emails as they went into their spam which is possible I suppose but doubtful)
