Review: I have signed up with www.reolister.com on May 24th, 2012 and paid $595 for them to register me with lenders for BPO (Broker Price Opinion) orders. Person I have dealt with was by the name [redacted]. This company has a 30 day cancelation and refund policy. When I asked to be refunded for the first time on June 20th, 2012 which was within 30 days of their company's refund policy, [redacted] was delaying me and trying to convince me to go with the purchase for at least 6 months. [redacted] told me that if I dont get enough orders from lenders they register me/my company with at the end of 6 month, then call her back and she would refund me. That being said, [redacted] has not been an easy person to get hold of neither by email nor by phone calls. And she was obviously trying to avoid my emails and calls as much as she could. Finally, my persistent paid off and I have gotten [redacted] on the phone after multiple weeks of trying. She then told me, in order to get refunded, I have to send her an email stating that I want to be removed from all those lenders they registered me with. Which I did right away. A few weeks past by and I am still waiting for my refund which never came. I started calling and emailing her again. When I got her on the phone once again after a while of trying, she had another excuse for me this time. She said they have done the work registering me with the lenders and thus they will not refund me anymore. When I have persisted and asked to speak with either her manager, she told me to give a call to owner [redacted]. According to [redacted], Steve was already aware of my situation and he can make decision about refunding me. [redacted], asked me to send him all the emails correspondence with [redacted], and also, to see that I have requested refund in their 30 day refund policy. I have forwarded all emails to Steve right away after our phone call. [redacted] gave me the same excuses and avoided me for a month and offerred me only 30% of $595. Not acceptable.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $595 at this point. I tried to be very reasonable for more than a year now. But all I have gotten was excuses and nothing else. It is very bad and sad at the same time that they did not live up to their own 30 day refund policy.

I have receive the above referenced complaint.

Reolister did give Mr [redacted] a six month extension on the cancellation policy. He could have at any point in that six months cancelled with no penalty or questions asked. However, Mr. [redacted] waited over nine months to exercise this option, which we granted as a courtesy.

We are unable at this time to issue a refund. He retained us to process over 100 Asset Manager applications for him, and in his own words (his attached email) did receive work from the Asset Managers.

We are a service to type and process applications. Agents, Contractors and Appraisers use us as a time and money saving service. When we do the work we were retained to do we expect the agreed upon payment.

Mr. [redacted] could have easily processed these applications himself or hired an assistant to do so. However, he chose to save time and money by using our service.
