I have tried to work with consumer as of know the matter is done and I did everything in my power to help her. She needs to understand she needed to follow up at the time of the situation.

Gave consumer ample time and she did not get back to me. There is nothing I can do fro her now.

I am rejecting this response because:
The animals died faster than any response I could have had to this business owner.   I do not have enough time in the day to go up the day after she decided I could spend money in her business.  The businesses offer was simply to provide me $100 store credit, so I could buy other faulty animals from them.  This business is not only a terrible at customer relations, but also despicable for knowingly selling sick animals.  The business sold me animals that died, with proper care, in an unreasonable amount of time.
