This place is a ripoff save your time and money and order things somewhere else I requested th to refund my money but I got the same bs email due to the war we are experiencing shipping delays, what a crock of sh—t

Placed order o 03/17/23 . Have contacted the co. with no reply! Glad that I paid with cerdit card they will refund the money, I hope!

Order was placed with the understanding it would be shipped next day. 9 days later still nothing shipped but they took the Money the day the order was placed. Best way to describe this company is FRAUD!

Requested a refund but was told my order would be put as "priority" and shipped asap. I keep checking the progress but all it says is confirmed order, not processed. I requested another refund... same answer. Was told that the flags were backordered. I went to the page when I ordered the flag and it stated there were 22 flags available. Never did it say backordered. Now, my flag was supposedly shipped first class mail... of course with no tracking number to verify this. From Florida to TX it should take no more than 4 days from past experience with other stores. If I ever receive my flag I will update.
