Reserve at Arrowhead

This apartment complex is run by Lincoln Properties. I came to town and rented an apartment for 3 months. After they gave me notice that my lease was up on April 30th (I moved in February 3), I made arrangements to be out by the 30th. The lease calls for 60 days notice so they are charging me 15 extra days ($488). Even though their notice told me my lease was up April 30 - they claim it was their "error".
I would NEVER rent from this place again. The oven doesn't work and the stove sits on an angle so all food runs to one side of the pan. The dishwasher is falling out of the wall. The entrance gates are left open for days at a time. I have heard the other residents complaining about the new management as well.

October 14, 2016 I stopped in to have a gas cap re-keyed for my wife's car. All the gentleman asked me at the counter was had I done this before and I indicated I had apx. 10 plus years ago. Foolishly I didn't think to ask him what he was going to charge me for his service in today's dollars, but thinking back in 2006, they charged me apx. $28.00 for this same service. Two hours later with me standing at the counter the whole time, my poor gas cap was ready. Pretty beat up from his hammer (he dropped it at least three times) but functioning. My advice is always ask the charges up front because he charged me $70.00 (the cap with lockset cost half that from Honda!), and I think he would have charged me even more except for the look on my face.

This apartment complex is quick to take a deposit of $200 and then not return it for 10 business days by check. You have to leave your deposit via credit card or debit card but then they will send you a check when they actually get around to refunding the deposit back to you. This hold up funds that are not theirs and causes issues with people personal livelihood. They do not give you correct answers you call and speak to one person and get told one thing, call again and you are told something else.
