I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I neither acccept or reject because I can't bring up their response however they did send me a check for $Hope I don't have to keep filing complaints everytime I lose money in the machinesthank you

in Western Pennsylvania. [redacted] receives all of the revenue from the washers and dryers and we are paid a machine rental amount per month. Because of this arrangement, [redacted] is responsible to refund money to anyone who has experienced a loss in the machines. This has been the procedure for these properties for approximately the last 30 years. [redacted] was told this and we have explained this to other residents at these properties over the years. We are sorry that the manager at the property did not handle this appropriately. Accordingly, we have sent Mrs. [redacted] a check to resolve this complaint.There are approximately 100 apartments per building.
