The correct documentation has been sent to the resort to complete the transaction. I have called the client and left a message and have emailed them. While most transfers happen quickly, unfortunately there were errors in the deed that was recorded and has created an unacceptable length
of time in this transfer. We do apologize for the delay and are working to complete the transfer as quickly as possible

transfer timeshare ownership.  The filing lawsuit by the DOJ is against Timeshare Closings, Inc. a Colorado company DBA Resort Closings, Inc. which is the former owners company.  We are just Resort Closings, Inc. and we are the custodian of the records from the previous company.  We have nothing to do with appraisals or their valuations.  We request that the Revdex.com complaint be removed from our account.
