In response to her claim that her messages have gone unresponded to is not accurateShe has continued to harass my staff, my sub-contractors and myself for months; responding to each communication with: "STOP CONTACTING ME"Even if she were going to school, there are a number of places that she could find to live that would suit herSimply put, she's clearly unhappy with her living situationNo one is holding her there.she's had opportunities over the past years to move (finding just as affordable housing elsewhere, even going to school) at each renewal period but she chose to stay at the home that I "mis-manage so terribly".Throughout my years of owning and managing nearly units in Cleveland, I, nor my staff, has been treated so poorly by a tenantI have very little turnover, and excellent relationship with nearly all of my residents, receive Christmas cards and baked goods throughout the year from them and have magnificent online reviews from my MANY residentsUnfortunately, I do not see this situation as resolvableI will allow for a mutual release of the current lease without breaking-the-lease-penalty to the tenant, if she chooses to move prior to the end of this month, January 31, 2018.
