After providing pics in December of install mistakes to Revelare to match with installer notes, I was assured the repairs would be performed by mid to late January. It is now past mid February and Revelare has not contacted me for fixing mistakes. They have my money and that seems to be the end of conversation.
We began this disgusting process back in May. Waited until into the cold for installation. The installer came late and rushed the job leaving a broken window and damaged wallpaper and a cleaning mess behind, There was no visual inspection done by a sup so we had to send pics and a list through a dispute afterwards. We have been treated like we are liars and they have refused to write off the installation cost. We have an open complaint with the Revdex.com and the AG's office right now. We won't allow them back in our house to do further damage so they are refusing to compensate us, We had a long standing relationship with Home Depot which has now ended with their cheating 2 senior retired people out of the kitchen they paid for.
I am complaining regarding the poor quality of service and product I've received from Your Remodeling Guys Company located I n York Pa. My husband and I contracted the Your remodeling guys company in the beginning of March 2016 for the remodeling of my kitchen. After a few bumps on the road and unsatisfactory level of service, the job was finished a few months later and we were satisfied with the end result. Now in the beginning of 2019 we've noticed the product is coming off the surface of the cabinets upper section and there are split areas detaching from the panels itself. I immediately contacted Your Remodeling Guys and spoke with Kris Teeters whom informed me that he needed to take a look at the pictures of the kitchen to figure out the issue. I emailed Kris in tree different occasions with attached photos of the issues as per his request, and have not heard anything back. Just one email reply asking for another set of photos further out to locate the area where the issue is.
reached out originally for a kitchen service on April 8, 2019 regarding a seam in her refacing and a disconnect between her countertop and backsplash. The Service Manager requested pictures of the areas in question on April 9, 2019. *** responded with pictures on April 15, 2019. Since the initial correspondence with our Service Manager, the seam on the refacing has resolved on its own. After initial review of the pictures requested by the Service Manager, a service site visit was conducted on May 6, 2019 to inspect the countertop issue at no service fee charge to the customer. The Service Manager has proposed a resolution to the customer for a repair on her countertop.

I am rejecting this response because:After reading the information given by the York Remodeling Guys representative, I was amazed to find out that they are willing to fix the issue at no charge, which I totally accept this resolution but don't understand why they put in writing that I was aware of such statement. Since the visit from the contractor on May 6, 2019, I have not heard anything back from this company until I received the email from Revdex.com with the resolution statement. I accept the agreement that Your Remodeling Guys have offered but don't understand why no one from this company have taken the time to contact me to share this information and setup a time to come in and fix this problem. I look forward to finalize this issue with a favorable outcome and I will appreciate if the representative from the York Remodeling Guys can contact me as soon as possible.Thank you for your time and support on this matter.***

I was hooked up with these guys through Home Depot for a kitchen cabinet refacing and counter top consultation and estimate. The appointment was set-up with them on Sunday 1/20 for 6:30pm on Tuesday 1/22 and I was told that they were "wide open" for appointments. They called me Sunday evening and again on Monday to confirm the appointment. On Tuesday at 6:30pm, as I waited for them, they did not call and did not show. They called at 7:15pm to say that they were not coming and that they had left me a voicemail earlier (I checked again and they did not). They wanted to reschedule on days that I am busy. If this is how they handle their first appointment with a potential new customer, I can only imagine what the installation process would have went like had I hired them. I do not enjoy having my time wasted and then being lied to 45 mins AFTER the appointment was missed. I will not be using "Your Remodeling Guys" or Home Depot again for any installation projects. My advice to you is that if you choose Home Depot and they pair you with these guys, look elsewhere.
