Failure to remove collection from my credit report. I have challenged this many times. I took my wife to see DDS RICCOBENE to get her teeth fixed. Between what my insurance paid them and I paid them out of pocket was close to $40K. But that not even the point. My wife was to receive partials. They would not order them until we paid for everything complete. This final payment was to include the remaining visits to take the molds, to install the partials, and any visits needed for adjustments. We made the final payment and we returned about six times to complete the work and have adjustments made. Each time we verified we were paid in full and owed nothing. Then almost a year after the last visit they sent a letter stating we still owed them. I sent them all them information and my insurance information. This is still showing on my credit report for $908 as collections from [redacted] as Riccobene DDS as the original creditor. When I am told this is the final payment that means final payment. Coming back 9 months after her last visit and say we still owed is not accepted, especially when you refuse to complete service or order material until payment was made in full in advance.Desired SettlementI just want the collection removed from my credit report.
