Thought I was getting a great deal on carpet with a great warrantyTo have my sale closed my salesman told me incorrect warranty and basic infoI had a seam issue firstThat turned into also having tracks of wear and tear that was explained to not happen with this type of carpetOnce I contacted Daniel at the location he kept putting us off to come look at our issuesAfter he did come we heard nothing back and even left many messages with no responseSpoke to Travis there several times and left messages for DanielTravis even looked up our account and told me our seam issue is a installation issue and would be covered due to being under yearsAt one point Daniel called us to say he forgot about our issue but will put in the claimThen yet again we heard nothing and he never returned callsContacted corporate as we had been waiting months and sent in pictures and proof of Stanley steemer cleaning and not able to remove issues and she said she would take care of it1/months later a 3rd company not with Bobs carpet or Mohawk (name of carpet brand) came out to do a reportThey send it in and now mohawk says they wont pay to fix issuesAnd Bobs carpet now left me a voicemail saying its wear and tear and the seam issue is labelled this way now too so if I want it fixed we have to pay more moneyIts been a nonstop issue and we've only had the carpet for less than years
Two months and my problems have not been resolvedJob is not finished and damages and problems have not been taken care of I have owned properties and have never worked with a company that was so irresponsible I would not recommend this company to anyone
My experience with Bob's Carpet Mart in Clearwater was excellent!! I needed tile for my whole house.The salesman worked within my budget and provided selections for a low, medium and higher quoteHe also came up with a few suggestions to keep the price downThere was no pressure at all which I appreciatedI'd like to tell you that the rest of the job went off without a hitch - it didn'tThere was a slight mix up when the right tile in the wrong color was deliveredBefore I could even get upset, the problem was resolvedA truck from the warehouse promptly delivered the correct tileThe second hitch was working around Christmas holidays for the installationIt took a little longer than expectedThe salesman and installer kept me informed throughout the process though with calls/texts so I would know exactly when it would be completedThe finished product was well worth the waitMy installer Dave did a fantastic jobThe expert tile cuts around corners and in tight places were impressiveHe also handled a few uneven spots without even blinking an eyeI'm sure it's easy to give great customer service when everything is perfect, but I was most impressed how everything was handled in the face of a few challengesThanks to Bob's Carpet Mart - great job!!
