Review: Boxes clearly marked fragile with arrows pointing to the top and marked top where taken off the truck upside downI have one piece that is being held together by a clamp so it doesn't break more.I also was told by the local company in NJ that the furniture was off loaded and moved to a climate controlled warehouse, which was a lie. I was told by the driver when he arrived that he off loaded it from the original truck that had been sitting in the yard to his truck. 11 days sitting in a truck in the heat is not good for furniture or anything else. The furniture was packed on august 17th and finally arrived on august 31st. It was supposed to be there by the 26th at the latest. It hadn’t even left NJ by then.The office was never in contact with us and we finally heard from them after we contacted [redacted]. office and they lied about the truck and also told me they had spoken to my wife on a few occasions which was another lie. My wife called as did I but never heard back.This is when all the damage was done . 3 of my family heirloom chests all have loose and broken drawers. Some look like someone tried to re-glue them. Also they had pine needles in them...someone want to tell me how pine needles got in the drawer?There is a headboard that left our home in perfect condition only to arrive chipped and broken with a piece removed. The drive handed me a bundle of shipping paper and when I opened it in it was the missing piece.The top of my antique secretary was pushed in as if boxes where piles on it, and the legs where chipped and missing the finish.The antique pedestal was chipped and gouged.They smashed antique free standing mirror. The just put it on the grass when they were unloading and never really said anything. The arms of the sofa, love seat and ottoman all were soiled on the arms since the wrapping was missing from them.The legs were also chipped.The smashed a pottery bowl The completely broke a floor lampThe broke my Orrick vacuum cleaner

Scratched the legs on another antique table.Completed smashed the legs on yet another antique folding table.broke the top of a small refrigerator.Gouged another antique dresser

Broke the reflector off of a bike and also twisted the handle.Desired Settlement: I would like some sort of compensation for what I have been put thru by the corp and local office total disregard.

To them it is just a fact that they break things. to me it is much more all of the furniture is antique and not replaceable.

I received some money from [redacted] but that is their standard practice they pay you for every day it is late
