I hired Richard M December 23, 2019 to tear down my concrete porch, build a new one with 2 Stone Columns and a retaining wall (planter). I provided the deposit as stated in the contract to begin the work. From the beginning he seemed to fumble around, coming up with many excuses for why my project wasn't progressing. Understanding that we had some weather delays, when the weather was conducive to pouring my concrete porch, he still had excuses. He had already demolished my porch and has the roof of my porch propped up. This has gone on since January. The last 2 days the weather has been perfect for him to pour the concrete. I received a text from him this morning that the guy that works with him had a doctor's appointment and they scheduled the concrete truck to arrive at ***. Well, no truck arrived at ***, and my attempts to phone Richard M and text him were unsuccessful. It seems he had no intentions of completing this project.
