on friday night at around 5:we parked at a parking structure, which we have been using for years and never paid because we park there after business hours when parking is free and we are patrons of business' nearby , went to eat at a nearby restaurant came back to find a "violation" envelope on my windshield , there were no paid parking signs at eye level all the ones we could find were really high up by the beams in the ceiling nearly hidden, the citation was placed minutes before we got to our car ,we noticed other vehicles that had arrived there the same time as us with no "violation" envelopes on their windshield,not only did that "officer" touch our vehicle without our permission we also found damage on our rear door to the wrap that is currently covering our vehicle which I had to fix when we got home,
