Review: I rented a car from Richmond Drive Alliance and received the car with 1/4 tank of gas. Each and every time I have rented a car I have always received a full tank of gas and am asked to return it full. This was the 2nd time I have rented a car from this location and received less than a full tank of gas. I was told to return the car with the same amount of gas as I received it. The problem is it near impossible to return a car at the same level unless it's full. Not only is it an inconvenience to get a car and have to fill it up, I was driving from Wilmington DE to Richmond Virginia and filled the tank up before I left Wilmington. Upon returning to Richmond, I was left with approximately 3/4 a tank of gas and had no choice but to return the car with that amount of gas. So essentially, they are making money off me because I had no other choice but to return the car with the gas that remained. Customers should not be asked to manage a certain fuel level or have to stop multiple times throughout a trip to ensure they manage the fuel level in a car to return it at the same level. If I have to stop before I return a car to return it to a full level, I am fine with that because I know I am putting it what I was given. On top of all of this, when I returned the car and complained to the branch manager, [redacted] After advising him that I was unhappy with that issue and that I have always picked up rental cars with full tanks his response to me was, and I quote "You must have been lucky then, off airport branches never have full tanks". No apologies, not offers of any credits to my account, simply put he acted like he didn't care and was on to the next customer. If this is the practice of this company, then they are making millions of customers a year by having cars returned with more gas than was given to the customer. This branch manager obviously didn't care about customer service and didn't care about my business. NEVER rent from this office again. HORRIBLE Service!Desired Settlement: I would like some type of credit to my Emerald Club account as a result of having returned a car with more gas than I received. If this is in the form of credits or points towards another rental, that would be ideal
