Review: I enrolled my son for Piano lessons during the Spring and Summer of 2014. My payment was auto debit from the credit card on monthly basis. Every thing went well until my son missed two classes, which according to their rule two make up classes will be provided. As a result I contacted their office and they provided me with two make up classes. But they were so unorganized, they missed informing the teacher about the class and she got surprised when we turned up for the class. She was not prepared to take the class and we missed it and the money ($30) went to drain. For the second class, I informed the teacher first before putting it in the calender and substituted a regular class with a make up class, thereby I could save $30. If I would have relied on them then I would have lost $60. I asked for the refund of lost money, which they say is not possible because thats their rule. Ok, being so generous fool, I forgive them and moved forward. Next comes the biggest goof up. I have never seen such an unorganized firm in US. They goofed up their calender and mistakenly given a wrong date for the class and when we went that day, the teacher left because she doesn't know there was a class for us that day. They apologized for the goof up and agreed to pay the money back. Now its almost 2 months and I have not got the payment. I have called them, emailed them, went in person but response is still cold. In effect I lost $60 for not a mistake of mine.

$60 is not a big sum, but taking the customer for a ride with a cold response like "its month end so accounts is still looking into it" etc are lame excuses. When I went in person the guy noted down everything but no response after that. You sent an email, no response. Finally I have no choice but to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: No refund or not even an apology letter.

Hi Revdex.com,

I got an email saying that they are refunding the amount of $30.

Seems like they billed it in wrong address, which I have to update.
