The customer made a purchase and the card used did not have enough funds we informed him the card was declined. He then used another card it was approved. The customer states his card was charged and we advised him it may be a temporary hold which normally takes up to 72 hours to come off. We never...
received a double payment on our end. Since this complaint we have refunded the customer $16 cash to resolve the issue.
