bad customer service; promise not fulfilledThey promised that they would help me on my case from a wreck back in April 2014. Everytime I call the receptionist transfers me to voicemail & I get no return call. They original promised to send mail and I never got it. They could at least contactt me as to why they are not handling my case. I have hospital bills that have not been paid from the wreck and have went on my credit as collections.Desired SettlementThat they would do their job on my case so the case can be closed.Business Response /[redacted]/On January 19, the attorney handling Mr. [redacted]'s case spoke with him via telephone and explained to him we can not stop medical providers from filing for debt collection. Though his case is less than a year old, some medical providers will not wait for a settlement to demand payment, even though we have notified them we would recognize any liens from the provider pursuant to our statute protecting bills of medical providers. Regarding his claim that no one has contacted him since sign up, the attorney reminded him of the dates and times and nature of the calls he has received from our staff. Mr. [redacted] appeared to be satisfied with the explanation and is fine with our continued representation.Consumer Response /[redacted]/To date they have not settled and continue to give me the run around when I call. I feel like they are just telling me stuff to keep me hooeful. I am truly upset with the service (really none) that they have provided. They are certainly not being professional about it.
