Rightway Automotive takes customer satisfaction very seriously, and after reviewing Mrs. [redacted]’s complaint it appears there was...
some confusion regarding our prepaid gift card offer.
We do offer a [redacted] gift card for anyone we can’t get approved with the disclaimer of “minimum monthly income of [redacted] and down payment of [redacted] of purchase price may be needed to qualify for this special offerâ€. In Mrs. [redacted]’s case her income did not qualify her for the offer, but we still were able to find an approval for her.
I’d like to help Mrs. [redacted] personally and make sure she is taken care of. Please have her contact me directly.

I was never told or heard of this requirement in regards to the gift certificate slogan. I still believe this company is doing false advertising and misleading the customers to their sales lots. Only to sell their over priced,high milage vehicle with outrageous interest rates to honest hard working people.Thank you greatly appreciate your time time in regards to this matter.

To Whom It May Concern,
We are sorry for any inconvenience we have caused Mrs. [redacted] and any confusion that was caused by the conditions of the [redacted] gift card offer. As we stated previously even though Mrs. [redacted] didn't qualify for our [redacted] gift card offer, we still were able to secure an approval for her.
In regards to interest rates, Rightway works with over 20 different Finance sources to get our customers approved. We work with banks that offer interest rates as low as [redacted] If Mrs. [redacted] wants to pay cash or wants to arrange her own financing we would still be happy to sell her a vehicle. However, Mrs. [redacted] came to us and asked for assistance from Rightway to secure her an approval.
For the reasons above and stated previously we do not feel it's appropriate to proved Mrs. [redacted] with a gift card. Please consider this our last response on this issue.
