Review: Rigo’s Towing Service damaged my car while towing to shop. At the beginning they cooperated but their insurance stated their policy was no longer active. Their insurance policy was cancelled before the incident happened. Then the business provided a different policy number but the insurance company stated that their policy did not carry the necessary coverage to pay for the necessary repairs. Once the business was informed of this, they were no longer were willing to cooperate.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay for the damages to my vehicle.
