Just had another great service call by Rinaldi's. The two gentlemen, a tech and the Service Manager that were sent were thoughtful, courteous, professional and pleasant. They did a thorough routine inspection, advised us of some minor repairs that were needed, and fixed the problems on the spot. We have called them on many occasions over the years and they have always responded quickly, 24/7. We have been Rinaldi's customers for years and plan to remain so. I rate their service 10 out of 10..., consistently. Good job Rinaldi's. Keep it up and Thank You. [redacted]
I was helping my father at his condo where the unit had not been occupied for the past three months. I called Rinaldi after the downstairs neighbor, a current customer, recommended them. They were prompt, responding to my service request in less than 2hours. The technician and ride-along supervisor, were very knowledgeable, courteous and patient; he had the HVAC unit back working within 30mins. I went ahead and upgraded for a few dollars more to their year service plan which included a full inspection then and another one in 6 months. I will be using them again in the future, not only for the HVAC system, but for the rest of the home.
